It is especially important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance with technical troubleshooting or any other issues or concerns. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment and may be requested via phone, chat or email.
\nNo refunds will be issued for:
\nIf you have not yet attempted a test or exam requested or been issued a certificate, or completed the course, you may be eligible for a refund. If you meet these criteria, you must submit your request within 30 days of purchase along with proof of purchase and an explanation for the refund request.
\nIf you have already started your course, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
\nRefunds for live or virtual instructor-led courses must be requested within 30 days of purchase and at least 14 days prior to course date. Please refer to the course-specific terms and conditions for the rescheduling policy to avoid any additional fees.
\nTo cancel your order before it ships, please submit a refund request within 24 hours of purchase.
\nIf you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing list or invoice, and item must be returned in resalable condition to:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please submit a replacement request with a picture of the damaged item to our Customer Care team.

\nSome courses may have a downloadable Study Guide available for purchase, either within the course or individually as a separate download. Study Guides require a PDF reader to download and open and may be password protected. Study guides that have not been downloaded are eligible for refund for students who have not yet completed their course.
\nBulk order refunds may be processed on a pro rata basis for purchases within the last 30 days and will only apply to unredeemed codes.
\nSome programs may include an option to purchase Premier Pass access. In these instances, students may be eligible for free re-registration, extensions or unlocks per course policy. \nAll Premier Pass refund requests must be submitted prior to starting the course and prior to utilizing any benefits.
